The production line consists of mixer, billet preforming, push extrusion (active pay off machine → tension device → push extrusion host → diameter gauge → traction volatilization box → 8-meter sintering furnace → reversing device → 10-meter sintering furnace → wire acculturate rack → double-shaft take up machine), electric control cabinet, mold and so on. This line can produce wire specification 0.2~6mm 2, wire diameter (1.2-- 5.5 mm) (according to the compression ratio matching material cavity).
